Ndlr : Depuis le début que j’explique ce référendum n’est que consultatif.  L’article mentionne que le gouvernement peut le soumettre au Parlement qui l’invaliderait.  Mais la loi britannique édicte qu’une pétition réunissant 100’000 signatures contraint le Parlement à entrer en matière, même si le gouvernement ne le fait pas, donc.
